During my stay, the shower water was incredibly hot and impossible to adjust, leading to an uncomfortable experience. Additionally, the room's doors did not close completely, which made me feel very exposed. The staff's response to my concerns was dismissive, adding to my frustration throughout my stay.

I truly enjoyed the vibrant colors of the hotel, which created a charming atmosphere right from the start. The courtyard design is lovely, allowing me to relax in peaceful surroundings. The staff were incredibly nice and accommodating, even allowing for a late checkout so I could finish some work. The shower had hot water and was very strong, which I appreciated. Being just a short walk to the Zocalo was a big plus, with plenty of great restaurants and bars nearby. However, I did encounter a few issues. The shower temperature was hard to adjust, often running too hot. There’s no designated parking, so I had to find street parking, which can be tricky. Also, the room lacked some natural light, making it feel a bit dark at times. Despite these minor inconveniences, the experience was quite positive overall.

Perfect getaway for a group reunion

The location is just outside the chaos of the city center, yet close enough to walk there easily. We had to try the breakfast, and man, it was better than I expected! The staff is fantastic, they went above and beyond, especially Talia who made things happen effortlessly.

It wasn’t exactly cheap, but for what we got, it seemed fair.

The room was super spacious, and it had a unique hacienda vibe. The staff was really friendly, even helped us with some local tips. Only thing is, it was a bit tricky to find coffee spots close by, but no biggie! The charming courtyard was perfect for chilling after our busy days.

Charming hotel, cozy atmosphere, and the breakfast was surprisingly delightful, making it a perfect place to rest and explore the city, with the additional convenience of luggage storage and excellent staff service.

No complaints whatsoever.
